Quality control
Our internal quality control measures were tried-and-tested long before ISO certification was established. These include high-level basic requirements with regard to language training and specialisation, many years’ experience, passing of aptitude tests, and ongoing selective quality control of translations with regard to expertise, content and language.
Many new clients come to us by virtue of word-of-mouth recommendations from our satisfied regular clients.
